Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time consists of two stages:

1. Processing Time

Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. Once processed, your package will be prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery Time

Canada: 8-12 business days.

Shipping is handled by Canada Post or the largest available courier depending on your location. All shipping times exclude any potential customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year’s, delivery times may be longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
